The Consumer’s Benefit Association (CBA) was founded with a vision to provide mutual benefits to members, create a community of shared resources, and offer exclusive savings through our extensive network of vendors and partners. Our association is a worldwide platform where individuals can join and access thousands of benefits. Subscription delivers benefits and savings only — it pays no compensation of any kind. As a Mutual Benefit Association, our core principle is to help each member succeed by fostering a supportive and empowering environment.
The History of CBA
Founded in 1985, CBA was initially set up with a different mission. However, in 1987, the association underwent a reorganization, bringing a fresh vision and leadership under the guidance of Jerome F. Conradt, the current Chairman of the Board (COB). This reorganization saw the transformation of CBA into a Mutual Benefit Association, defined by Missouri state law, which emphasized shared benefits, collective growth, and ongoing support for its members.
With this reorganization, we adopted new bylaws that aligned with our current vision: to offer diverse benefits and perks to members, and to establish long-term partnerships with vendors across the world.

Our Legal Structure and Hilltop 360 LLC
CBA is legally recognized as a Mutual Benefit Association under Missouri state law. This structure ensures that CBA is managed for the benefit of its members and not for profit, which distinguishes it from traditional corporations.
Hilltop 360 LLC
The managing company of CBA, Hilltop 360 LLC, based in Wyoming, USA, plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations, marketing strategies, and the development of new benefits and services for our members. The leadership and expertise provided by Hilltop 360 LLC ensure that CBA continues to grow and adapt to the changing needs of its members while maintaining the core values of mutual benefit.
Our Structure
CBA operates under the management of Hilltop 360 LLC, which is responsible for overseeing subscription administration and benefit allocation. The Hilltop 360 LLC team also helps integrate marketing strategies, ensuring that the association stays relevant in the marketplace and that members receive the maximum benefits.
