The Consumer’s Benefit Association (CBA) was founded with a vision to provide mutual benefits to members, create a community of shared resources, and offer exclusive opportunities to save and earn through our extensive network of vendors and partners. The History of CBA
Founded in 1985, CBA was initially set up with a different mission. However, in 1987, the association underwent a reorganization, bringing a fresh vision and leadership under the guidance of Jerome F. Conradt, the current Chairman of the Board (COB). This reorganization saw the transformation of CBA into a Mutual Benefit Association, defined by Missouri state law, which emphasized shared benefits, collective growth, and ongoing support for its members.
With this reorganization, we adopted new bylaws that aligned with our current vision: to offer diverse benefits and perks to members, provide an earning platform through referrals, and establish long-term partnerships with vendors across the world.

Our Structure
